I began as a Paraprofessional at Friona Elementary in the Physical Education Department in the Spring of 2005. As of the Spring of 2018 I became the Physical Education Teacher. I have been working for the Friona Independant School District for 13 years. I will be teaching Physical Education to grades Kindergarten through Fifth Grade.

I have been married to Jose Cigarroa for 24 years.

Our oldest child is Joselito Cigarroa. He is attending West Texas A&M.

Our middle child is Alejandro Cigarroa. Graduated from Friona High School in which he was the Mascot for the year of 2016-2017.

Our youngest is Isaac Cigarroa. He is attending Friona High in which he is the Manager for the Friona Chieftains. Will be a graduate in 2019.
